Pick up and drop off take place outside, in the open air, and appropriate distance (6ft.) is maintained. (If you are hard of hearing, deaf, or have special communication needs, please let us know your preferred method of accommodation.)
Masks (covering nose and mouth) are worn and a safe physical distance (6 ft.) are required inside the shop.
The waiting room is closed. (Sorry. But, there’s lots of fun stuff to do and see nearby. We’ll even give you a list of our top picks!)
Electronic payment devices will be sanitized, in front of the customer, before and after each use.
Cash is not accepted.
Surfaces with which we have had contact (e.g., refrigerator door) will be disinfected before the trailer is returned to the customer.
